- The name of the app
- Your device model and OS version
- What happened (for bugs, which screen you were on and what you did)
Frequently asked questions
Can I move my study history to a new device?
Your study history is stored only on your device, so the apps cannot transfer it to a new device.
If you restore your new device from a full-device backup, such as an iCloud backup on iPhone or a backup on Android, your study history may be restored as well.
How do I restore a purchase?
iPhone and iPad: Open the app while signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it, then tap “Restore Purchases” on the settings screen.
Android: Open the app while signed in to the Play Store with the same Google account you used to buy it. Your purchase is restored automatically. If it is not, tap “Restore Purchases” on the settings screen.
As long as you use the same account, you do not need to pay again.
I would like a refund
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so please request refunds from the store you bought from.
For App Store purchases, use Apple’s Report a Problem page (reportaproblem.apple.com). For Google Play purchases, follow Google Play’s refund instructions.
I found a mistake in a question or explanation
Please let us know with the “Report” button on the question screen. We will check it and fix it in an update.
Please do not include personal information such as your name or email address in a report. See our Privacy Policy for what a report sends.
Do the apps show ads?
No. Sekigakudo apps do not show ads.
Can I use the apps offline?
Yes. Answering and reviewing questions works without a connection. Buying the app, restoring purchases and sending reports require a connection.
